Like many, my past experiences in purchasing a car have never been pleasant. The previous time in Northern Virginia, between the salesman and the Wizard (the dealership manager), I realized only later that I had been okie-doked with unnecessary add-ons, warranties, etc. My husband and I had been debating on purchasing a new car and, after looking online, I decided to look at something at Crown. I went there specifically to look and didn't want the pressure and sales pitch that often accompanies the just looking. When I arrived, David Watson from Crown greeted me. I was immediately surprised by his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. In looking at the vehicle, I was truly astounded by not only its quality but its cleanliness. David gave me some history of the vehicle and let me know that there was absolutely no pressure. He also surprised me by providing me a more than fair offer for my existing vehicle. While there, I also noticed a car that I thought that my husband might be interested in. To make a long story short, the next day, my husband and I travelled to Orange, and after hearing the trade-in values on both cars (exceptionally fair, better than self-sale), we completed the purchase. Unlike our past experiences, the paperwork process was efficient and hassle-free. The friendliness of Mary, Logan, and David made us feel like family. David and Logan even took a significant amount of time to go over the new features of both cars. Unlike any car buying experience before, we never even test drove either vehicle prior to driving it off the lot, something I couldn't have imagined anywhere else. Needless to say, Crown now has customers for life!! If you are looking for outstanding automobiles from a wonderful staff who put quality before quantity, Crown is your place.

We can't say enough about the service we received at Crown Auto Sales. It was the most laid back car buying experience that we have ever had. David is the best, and not pushy at all. He worked with us to get a payment we could afford for the vehicle we wanted. His Office Manager, Mary, was also awesome! We test drove our van on Saturday and came back on Monday to purchase. She had all the paperwork ready when we got there, and we were in and out in no time at all. The other Sales Associate, Mike, cleared out the vehicle I was trading in, and even reinstalled my daughter's car seat into my new van. Not only did we appreciate the wonderful customer service we received at Crown, we also loved that there was no processing fees that almost every other dealership around charges.

I live in metro Detroit and found a Honda Fit for sale on CarGurus. I have never purchased a vehicle from out of state before. Purchasing a vehicle is a very large financial transaction and burden. I called the seller and was warmly welcomed by Dave and Mary. I knew I was dealing with great people within the first 30 seconds of talking with them. I purchased this vehicle sight-unseen which is extremely unlike me. Mary treated me like I was her grandchild. I have more than what was expected from this transaction. I only wish there was more southern hospitality in this country.

I recently had a wonderful overall experience at Crown Auto in Orange, VA, and wanted to share it so others can also experience what I did! Several of my family members and friends had purchased from Crown in the past and I had heard their rave reviews so I decided to look there when I needed a vehicle. Before I was able to visit Crown in person and from the first phone call to David Watson to tell him what I was looking for, I immediately felt at ease and knew he was sincere in helping me to find something in my price range. He texted me information I asked for promptly and was very responsive and accommodating, but not a pushy salesman. Then, after I visited Crown and test drove the car that I really liked (and ultimately end up purchasing), I told David that I wanted to look around a little longer before I made a final decision. He was extremely patient with me and did not push me to make a decision, and that really impressed me. He just said, "If and when you're ready, I'm here to help you and I'll give you the rate we discussed." After looking some more, I felt certain that I couldn't find a car that offered everything the one at Crown did, with the rate that David quoted me for financing so I returned and financed the car. I've been driving it for about two weeks now and I love it. Working with David is like working with a friend. He is a very genuine person, and has your best interests at heart. His assistant, Mary, is a lovely lady who is super organized and efficient, and she made the closing process quick and easy. These folks are "the real deal" and they care about helping each customer to get the best deal, and make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Very few car dealerships are run this way, so I feel fortunate to have found David and Mary at Crown! I will definitely tell others about Crown, and I will return to them for my next purchase when that times comes, too.

David and Mary are the best in the biz! My family has now bought six cars from them over my adult life (there are a lot of us :)) I initially contacted David when my last car died and he walked me through the benefits of certain cars, their features, reliability, safety standards, etc. He knew everything about all of the top cars regardless of the year or model. After I expressed to him my preference in color, model, features, and mileage he worked tirelessly to find my dream car. He would keep me updated constantly on the progress and anything he was able to find, but didn\'t make any moves without my approval. At a certain point I was willing to conceded on certain items, but he insisted that I should get everything I wanted. Not only did he find the perfect car - but it was $20k less than what I was originally going to spend!! When I arrived to pick up the car Mary had all my paperwork organized and ready for me to walk out the door in no time. I am forever grateful for all the hard work David and Mary put into finding me my car and am continuously impressed with their customer service, knowledge of the industry, and hard work.
